Sports Massage focuses on specific muscles used by the athlete to enhance performance in your chosen sport. A programme of Sports Massage can provide injury rehabilitation, enhance athletic endurance, decrease chances of getting injured, plus shorten recovery times after athletic activity.
At the Harvey Centre we'll create a plan to help you reach your goals, maintain your agility, plus recover after the event whether it's a weekly training or Ironman.
My integrated approach utilises Neuromuscular Therapy, targeted stretching and Swedish Massage.
